Well, the EdMo is now officially over for me. I've logged my fifty hours. So now I'll celebrate The Month of the Red Pen with a glass of red wine. Just the one, the Screnzy starts tomorrow, need a clear head for that (yeah right :-P)
Okay, I'm cheating a bit. This picture was taken last night during Earth Hour. Those four candles were my sole source of illumination for a whole hour; I'd unplugged everything but the refrigerator. Made me realise how good I have it...
Time to print, then get some serious editing done. I'm still eight hours short, and the deadline is Monday.
And today, more snow. It's supposed to be spring! Oh well, I have it good compared to some...
Well, they've had a lot to contend with: Sudden hailstorms, plummeting temperatures, yesterday's snow... no wonder they look a little ragged around the edges.

Busy filling 'plotholes' in my novel. This is what happens when you skip over the hard-to-write parts the first time around in order to meet your daily word count quota.
... well, not quite. But today, with the wind blowing hard almost straight down the fjord, we're seeing some lovely white caps. Beautiful sight. Cold, though.
Apple blossoms against a gorgeous blue sky. NOTE: I took this picture this morning. By the time I'm writing this (about 5 hours later) it's overcast, stormy and snowing. Nature is nothing if not capricious.
My day for walking on the wild side: First I caught a squirrel a-frolicking (I've seen plenty but this is the first one who'd hold still long enough to be photographed):

All without even crossing city limits. Wow.
First time this year I've dared hang it outside.
Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't start to rain...
The privet is starting to sprout new leaves. Not exactly green yet, but they'll get there.

That snow we had yesterday... not only wasn't it enough... it's also gone again :-(
Well, I finally got my wish: This morning, 7AM, took this picture. Real, non-fake-style, genuine SNOW!
Now I'm gonna complain that there ain't enough of the stuff.

Funny name, heartsease. Also, it seems, known as pansy. I caught this particular pair in front of the library.
Just to make it funnier: the Danish name for these flowers translates literally to 'step-mother-flower'. No idea where that came from. Or if she's a wicked stepmother.
